Please apply for VAT registration to be registered for Entry tax,

Section 8 of THE UTTARAKHAND TAX ON ENTRY OF GOODS INTO LOCAL AREAS Act, 2008 states that

"A dealer who holds a registration certificate granted under the provisions of the Uttaranchal (The Uttar Pradesh Trade Tax Act, 1948) Adaptation and Modification Order, 2002 or under The Uttarakhand (The Uttaranchal Value Added Tax Act, 2005) Adaptation and Modification Order, 2007,shall not be liable to obtain separate registration certificate under this Act and for all purposes of this Act, such dealer shall be deemed to be a registered dealer"
